Welcome to Form Tools (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should therefore make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Antony Aiwin KX.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

“Form Tools” is a utility application designed to assist users in:

Working with form-related content provided by the user
Generating and managing autofill links
Organising form-related text and metadata for personal productivity

Form Tools is intended solely as a helper tool and does not create, host, modify, or control any third-party forms.
The App does not guarantee compatibility with any third-party services and does not bypass, circumvent, or override the terms or technical restrictions of any third-party platform.

2. No Affiliation with Google or Third Parties

Form Tools is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google LLC, Google Forms, or any other third-party service. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. User Responsibility & Authorisation

By using the app, you agree that:

You only use the app with forms and content that you own or are authorised to use
You have obtained all necessary permissions from the form owner before processing or reusing any form content
You are solely responsible for how generated links, extracted content, or outputs are used or shared
The App must not be used to scrape, extract, or reuse content from third-party services in a manner that violates their terms of service, robots.txt rules, or applicable usage restrictions.

Form Tools does not verify ownership or permission of any third-party content.

4. Content Handling & Intellectual Property

The app does not claim ownership over any form content, questions, or text processed by the user
All third-party content remains the property of its respective owner
The app processes content only as initiated by the user
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of any extracted or processed content.

You acknowledge that form content may be protected by copyright or other laws, and you agree to respect those rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the app to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Collect, store, or distribute personal, confidential, or sensitive information without authorisation
Abuse, automate, or interfere with third-party services in violation of their terms
Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activities

All granted rights end
You must stop using and delete the app if required

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
