Welcome to Form Tools (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App, including its source code, design, branding, features, and other intellectual property, remains the property of Antony Aiwin KX, unless otherwise stated.

1. Description and Purpose of the App

Form Tools is a utility application designed to help users work with form-related content for personal productivity.

The App may allow users to:

Generate autofill links from form-related information provided by the user
Save and organise generated links
Share generated links
Store form-related text and metadata for personal use
Process form-related content initiated by the user

Form Tools is intended solely as a helper and productivity tool.

The App does not create, host, own, modify, administer, or control third-party forms.

The App does not guarantee compatibility with any third-party service and does not bypass, circumvent, or override the terms, security measures, or technical restrictions of third-party platforms.

2. No Affiliation with Google or Third Parties

Form Tools is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google LLC, Google Forms, or any other third-party service.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party services within the App or these Terms are for identification and compatibility purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

3. User Responsibility and Authorisation

By using Form Tools, you agree that:

You only use the App with forms, links, and content that you own or are authorised to use.
You have obtained any permissions necessary to process, reuse, or share third-party form content.
You are solely responsible for the links you generate and how they are used or shared.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
You will not use the App to scrape, extract, reproduce, or reuse content from third-party services in a manner that violates their terms of service, robots.txt rules, or applicable restrictions.

Form Tools does not verify whether you own or have permission to use any content processed through the App.

4. Content Handling and Intellectual Property

The App does not claim ownership of form content, questions, text, links, or other content provided or processed by users.

All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

The App processes content based on actions initiated by the user. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or correctness of any content that is processed, extracted, transformed, or used to generate links.

You acknowledge that form content may be protected by copyright, privacy, intellectual property, or other laws. You are responsible for respecting those rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Form Tools to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

One-time purchases, such as lifetime access

Answer extraction from multi-page form

6.1 Billing

Payments are processed through the applicable app store or payment platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

For subscriptions:

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
The applicable app store manages billing and subscription renewal.
Prices may change in accordance with applicable platform rules and requirements.

6.2 Lifetime Access

If Form Tools offers a lifetime access or similar one-time purchase:

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the App or the applicable service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Access remains available only while the relevant App or feature is supported, maintained, and available.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features.
Changes to the App, operating systems, third-party platforms, or app-store requirements may affect the availability or functionality of lifetime features.

6.3 Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Generated autofill links will work in every situation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Form Tools and its developer shall not be liable for:

Loss or corruption of data

Loss of access to generated links
Problems caused by third-party services
Changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
Service interruptions
Device-related problems
Compatibility issues
Legal issues arising from unauthorised use of third-party content
Loss of access resulting from app-store or platform actions
Loss of premium or lifetime features resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property of the App

All rights relating to Form Tools, including but not limited to:

Source code
Software architecture
User interface and design
Branding
Graphics and visual assets
Features and functionality
App content created by the developer

remain the property of Antony Aiwin KX, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce the App.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.
Modify or create derivative versions of the App.
Redistribute or commercially exploit the App without permission.
Attempt to circumvent technical protections or licensing mechanisms.

14. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and feature changes from time to time.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

You are responsible for installing available updates where necessary.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or discontinue the App:

If these Terms are violated.
If required by law.
If required by an app-store or platform policy.
If necessary to protect the App, its users, or third parties.
If the App or a particular feature is discontinued.

Upon termination:

Your rights to use the App may end.
You must stop using the App where required.
You may be required to delete the App.

Termination or discontinuation does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This is subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws that cannot legally be excluded or overridden based on your country or place of residence.
