Welcome to TV File Send (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a wireless file transfer application that allows users to send files between mobile devices and Android/Google TV devices over a local network.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Description of the App
TV File Send is a utility application designed to allow users to:
- Transfer files between mobile devices and Android/Google TV devices
- Send and receive photos, videos, documents, APK files, and other supported file types
- Discover compatible devices connected to the same local Wi-Fi network
- Manage received files on supported devices
The App is intended solely as a file transfer tool. File transfer performance depends on your local network, connected devices, operating system limitations, and available storage.
2. No Guarantee of Functionality
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees that:
- The App will function without interruptions or errors
- Devices will always be discovered automatically
- File transfers will always complete successfully
- Transfer speeds will remain consistent
- All Android TV, Google TV, or Android devices will be compatible
- Every file type will be supported on every device
Wireless file transfers depend on numerous external factors including network quality, device compatibility, firewall settings, operating system restrictions, and available storage.
3. Premium Purchase & Payments
TV File Send offers an optional Premium purchase.
Premium currently provides:
- Removal of advertisements
Premium does not unlock additional transfer features unless explicitly stated within the App.
3.1 Billing
All purchases are processed through your app store account (such as Google Play).
Prices may change at any time, subject to platform policies.
3.2 Lifetime Access
If you purchase Lifetime Premium:
- “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the App, not your lifetime.
- Premium remains available only while the App is actively maintained and distributed.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace Premium offerings at any time.
3.3 Refund Policy
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Premium purchases are non-refundable.
- Refund requests are handled solely by the platform from which the purchase was made (such as Google Play) according to its refund policies.
3.4 Platform & Service Availability
You acknowledge that:
- App stores may suspend or remove the App.
- Operating system updates may affect compatibility.
- We may discontinue support or development of the App.
If any of these occur:
- Premium access may become unavailable.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided except where required by applicable law.
4. Network Requirements
TV File Send transfers files using your local network.
You acknowledge that:
- Both devices may need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Some routers or network configurations may prevent discovery or communication.
- Firewalls, VPNs, hotspot restrictions, or operating system permissions may affect functionality.
We are not responsible for failures caused by network configuration or third-party devices.
5. User Responsibility
By using the App, you agree that:
- You own or have permission to transfer all files.
- You will not transfer copyrighted, illegal, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- You are solely responsible for the files you send and receive.
We do not inspect, monitor, or verify transferred files.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transfer malware or harmful software
- Distribute illegal or offensive content
- Abuse or exploit the App in unintended ways
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the App, including its:
- Source code
- Design
- User interface
- Branding
- Features
- Documentation
remain the property of Antony Aiwin KX.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Create derivative works
without permission.
8. File Security & Data
TV File Send transfers files directly between supported devices.
You are responsible for:
- Backing up important files
- Ensuring sufficient storage
- Verifying transferred files
We are not responsible for:
- Failed transfers
- Interrupted transfers
- Corrupted files
- Lost files
- Device storage issues
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services including:
- Google Play Billing
- Advertising networks
- Analytics services
- Crash reporting services
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for their practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Failed or interrupted transfers
- Loss or corruption of files
- Device incompatibility
- Network interruptions
- Data loss
- Loss resulting from app store actions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App:
- Without prior notice
- For violations of these Terms
- Due to legal or platform requirements
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ends immediately.

We may update:

- Features
- These Terms and Conditions
at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
